There might have been times when you felt the need to jot down several things onto your Notion page - Let us say, you came across a great YouTube video about Butt workouts or a certain recipe that does not take loads of ingredients, you want to save your findings to your workout or cooking specific page that you have created within your workspace.

Notion takes a lot of time opening up and many times, any inspiration or short memory you had in relation to a specific thing that you wanted to note down, fleeted away by the time you could open the app and found the page that caters to that information.

What do you do in this case? You pin your Notion pages to your phone home screen so that they can open up directly and your time is saved!

Let’s go -

1. Open your Notion workspace in the Safari browser (for iphone) or any other browser (for android)

2. Go to your dashboard and select the work page you want to pin onto your home screen.

3. Once you have selected the work page you want to pin to your home screen, select the share button on the bottom right of your browser and then select the add to home screen setting.

4. You can add whichever title you want but by default, it will be titled by the same name that is of your work page in Notion.

And there you go - Now you can add your individual work pages to Notion without having the need to open the app and navigating through all your pages taking all of your precious time.

Oh yes, and once you click on your work page you want to open using the title on the screen, it will ask you for your login information, but that will only be one time.
